HCS SCS SB 152 -- NURSING STUDENT LOAN PROGRAM

This bill revises the definition of "eligible student" as it
relates to the Nursing Student Loan Program to allow a student
seeking a doctoral degree in nursing or a student with a master
of science in nursing seeking a doctorate in education to
participate in the loan program.  The doctoral applicant may be a
part-time student.
